Java Coffee delay and introducing Celebes Coffee

Good morning ,

Steve’s Coffee Roaster would like to inform our customers that the Java coffee beans are delayed about 1 month and 1/2 due to incorrect shipment being sent over from the island of Java.

In its place the coffee supplier offered an alternative to the Java until it arrives next month.

Located 500 to 700 miles from Java , Celebes coffee [historically known as Sulawesi ] from Indonesia features a heavy syrupy body , low acidity, rich tasting notes of dark chocolate ,warm earthy spices [ like cinnamon,cardamom and black pepper ] , and sweet molasses.

This coffee has low acid and is smooth , making it very balanced

The aftertaste is sweet, clean, and lingering.
