Roasting will be done later in the morning

Roasting of the coffee beans will be done later in the morning due to issue with the fan on the roof making too much noise for us to roast at 6 AM.

The roasting will begin at 11 AM and the roasted beans will be ready by 1:30 PM.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

This will be temporary till we repair the fan on the roof.
