Tanzania Peaberry $10.75 Grown on the slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro near the Kenya border. The "Peaberry" refers to the smaller, more compact shape of the bean... which many believe renders a flavor that is concentrated and more lively in the cup. Zimbabwe La Lucie Estates Royale $12.00 Considered one of the finest coffees in the world, La Lucie Royale produces a well-balanced and complex cup with good body, bright acidity and a most pleasant berry like wineyness with hints of chocolate in the finish. Asian Coffees Celebes Kalossi $10.75 From the island of Celebes (now officilally known as Sulawesi) is considered to be one of the more rare Indonesian coffees. South American Coffees Brazil Santos 2 $10.75 This coffee is grown in the southern part of the state of Minas Gerais. Possessing a stimulating acidity with very heavy body. Yemen Mocha Mattan is at the same time smooth yet intense. Organic Coffees Mexican Orgainic $12.00 A shade grown coffee. Grown in Chiapas at high elevation. This coffee has a delicate acidity with a slight distinct woodiness in the finish. Dark Roasts French $10.75 Our darkest roast. Almost black with a rich oily surface with a sharp, slightly burnt flavor. We use a blend of Central and South American beans. Italian $10.75 Our medium dark roast, a deep umber in color with a shiny surface. Our own special blend of Indonesian and South American beans. Viennese $10.75 Our own blend roasted until the oils just begin to surface on the bean. The lightest of our dark roasts. We use a blend of Central and South American beans. Blends Half and Half $10.75 Our Italian roast is blended with Ethiopian to create a blend of half dark and half medium roast, the effect being to soften up a bit of the pungency of the Italian roast. One of our roasts popular for espresso. House Blend $10.75 Our own special blend of Central and South American coffees with a full city roast. A fine breakfast coffee filled with aroma and depth of flavor. Milano Blend $10.75 A blend that was originally built around the traditional espresso styles found in Milan. We have kept the round and rich length of this roast while adding some sweetness from different beans. Very popular and the blend we use for our espresso in the shop.
